利用規約

一般財団法人日本地図センター（以下、「当センター」といいます）は、当センターが提供するウェブサイト、 アプリ等の各種サービス（以下、「本サービス」といいます）の利用規約（以下、「本規約」といいます）を定めています。

  1. 目的

    1. 本規約は、当センターが本サービスで提供する各種コンテンツ（以下、「本コンテンツ」と総称します）について、 本サービスを利用する者（以下、「利用者」といいます）とに適用されます。

  2. 適用先

    1. 利用者は、本サービスおよび本コンテンツを利用する場合、本規約の条件を遵守するものとします。
    2. 利用者は、本規約に同意しない場合、本サービスおよび本コンテンツを利用することはできません。
    3. 利用者が本サービスおよび本コンテンツを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

  3. リンク先サイトの利用

    1. 本コンテンツに掲載されているリンク先のウェブサイトの利用について、 当センターはその正確性、完全性、最新性、有用性、適法性、利用者の満足を保証するものではなく、 利用者はその費用と責任をもって閲覧、利用していただくものとします。

  4. 非保証

    1. 本コンテンツの正確性については、その内容を完全に保証するものではありません。 また、本コンテンツの利用により利用者および第三者が被った損害については、 当センターは、損害賠償責任、営業損失補償責任その他法律上、事実上を問わず一切責任を負わないものとします。
    2. 当センターは、本サービスを利用するために利用者が使用する、いかなる機器、 いかなるソフトウェアについても一切その動作保証はいたしません。

  5. 権利帰属

    1. 本サービスに掲載されたテキスト、画像、ロゴ、プログラム、イラスト、サイトデザインなどの 著作物に係る著作権その他の知的財産権は、当センターに帰属します。 利用者は、本規約や独自に定める利用規約において別段の規定がある場合のほかは、 当センターの書面による事前の承諾を得ることなく、これらの著作物を利用することはできません。

  6. 禁止事項

    1. 利用者は本サービスおよび本コンテンツの利用に関して、以下の各号の行為を行わないものとします。
      1. 法令に違反する行為又はそのおそれのある行為
      2. 当センターと本サービスの利用者、その他第三者に対する詐欺又は脅迫行為
      3. 当センターと第三者の著作権、商標権等の知的財産権、プライバシー権、肖像権等を侵害とその恐れがある行為
      4. 有害なコンピュータプログラム等を送信するなど本サービスの運営を妨げる行為
      5. 利用者として有する権利を第三者に譲渡、貸与、担保権設定等をする行為
      6. 当センターの承認なく、本コンテンツを複製、販売、出版その他私的利用の範囲を超えて使用する行為
      7. 反社会的勢力等への利益供与
      8. その他、当センターが不適切と判断する行為

  7. 当センターによる利用の停止

    1. 当センターは、利用者が以下の各号のいずれかに該当する場合に、本サービスの利用を停止する場合があります。 この場合、利用者に停止する旨を通知しない場合があります。
      1. 前条に定める禁止行為に該当した場合
      2. 本サービスおよび本コンテンツ利用において、当センターからの指示・指導に従わない場合
      3. その他、当センターが利用者として不適当と判断した場合

  8. 損害賠償

    1. 利用者が本規約に反した行為、または違法に本コンテンツを利用し第三者に対して損害を与えた場合、 利用者は自己の責任と費用をもって解決し、当センターに損害を与えないものとします。 利用者が本規約に違反したことによって当センターに損害を与えた場合には、当センターはその利用者に対して、 相応の損害賠償請求をできるものとします。

  9. 個人情報保護

    1. 当センターが取得した利用者の個人情報の取扱いについては、本サービスに掲載されている プライバシーポリシーに基づき、適切に取扱うものとします。

  10. サービスの中断

    1. 当センターは、以下の各号のいずれかの事由が生じた場合には、利用者に事前に通知することなく 一時的に本サービスを中断できるものとします。
      1. 本サービスに関するシステムの保守を定期的に又は緊急に行う場合
      2. 火災、停電および地震、噴火、洪水、津波等の不可抗力により本サービスの利用ができなくなった場合
      3. その他、運用上あるいは技術上、当センターが本サービスの一時的な中断が必要と判断した場合

  11. サービスの終了

    1. 当センターは、本サービスおよび本コンテンツの提供を当センターの判断で終了することができます。 その場合、当センターが適切と判断する方法で事前に通知するよう努めます。

  12. 利用規約の改定

    1. 当センターは、社会情勢の変化や法令の変更等に伴い本規約を見直してその改善に努め、 改定した場合は直ちに公表します。また、当センターは利用者の同意を得ることなく本規約を改定することができます。

  13. 準拠法

    1. 本規約の成立、効力、履行および解釈に関しては、日本法が適用されるものとします。

  14. 管轄裁判所

    1. 本サービスおよび本コンテンツの利用または本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

In the event of any discrepancy between the original Japanese version of the Terms of Use and the Terms of Use translated into English, the original Japanese version of the Terms of Use shall prevail and be applied.

Japan Map Center ("Center") has established the terms of use ("Terms") for various services provided by Center, including websites and applications ("Services").

  1. Purpose

    1. These Terms apply to the various contents provided by Center on the Services (collectively, the "Contents") and to the users of the Services (the “User“ or “Users“, depending upon the context).

  2. Application

    1. Users shall comply with conditions of these Terms when using the Services and the Contents.
    2. Users may not use the Services or the Contents if they do not agree to these Terms.
    3. By using the Services and the Contents, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

  3. Use of Linked Sites

    1. Center does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, up-to-dateness, usefulness, legality, or satisfaction of Users with respect to the use of linked websites in the Contents, and Users shall browse and use such websites at their own cost and responsibility.

  4. No Warranty

    1. The accuracy of the Contents is not guaranteed in its entirety. In addition, Center shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties as a result of the use of the Contents, including but not limited to liability for damages, compensation for business loss, or any other liability, whether legal or factual.
    2. Center shall not guarantee the operation of any equipment or software used by Users in order to use the Services.

  5. Ownership of Rights

    1. The copyrights and other intellectual property rights to the text, images, logos, programs, illustrations, site designs, and other copyrighted materials posted on the Services belong to Center. Users may not use these copyrighted materials without the prior written consent of Center, except as otherwise provided in these Terms or Center's own terms of use.

  6. Prohibited Matters

    1. Users shall not engage in any of the following acts in connection with the use of the Services or the Contents.
      1. Acts that violates or may violate laws and regulations
      2. Fraud or threatening acts against Center, Users of the Services, or other third parties
      3. Acts that infringe or may infringe intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks, privacy rights, and portrait rights of Center or third parties
      4. Acts that interfere with the operation of the Services, such as the transmission of harmful computer programs
      5. Assigning, lending, or granting a security interest in the rights you have as a User to a third party
      6. Reproduction, sale, publication, or any other use of the Contents beyond the scope of private use without the approval of Center
      7. Providing benefits to antisocial forces, etc.
      8. Other acts that Center deems inappropriate

  7. Suspension of Use by Center

    1. Center may suspend the use of the Services in the event that a User fall under any of the following items. In this case, Center may not notify the User of the suspension.
      1. In the event that the User falls under any of the prohibited acts set forth in preceding articles
      2. When the User does not follow the instructions and guidance from Center in using the Services or the Contents
      3. In any other cases where Center deems the User to be inappropriate

  8. Compensation for Damages

    1. In the event that a User causes damage to a third party by violating these Terms or illegally using the Contents, the User shall resolve the problem at his/her own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to Center. In the event that a User causes damage to Center as a result of violating these Terms, Center shall be entitled to claim reasonable compensation for damages from the User.

  9. Personal Information Protection

    1. The personal information of the User obtained by Center shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the privacy policy posted on the Services.

  10. Interruption of the Service

    1. Center may temporarily suspend the Services without prior notice to Users in the event of any of the following events.
      1. In the event of regular or emergency maintenance of the system related to the Services
      2. In the event that the Services becomes unavailable due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, earthquake, eruption, flood, tsunami, etc.
      3. In any other cases where Center deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the Services for operational or technical reasons

  11. Termination of Service Provision

    1. Center may terminate the provision of the Services and the Contents at its discretion. In such cases, Center will endeavor to notify Users in advance in a manner that Center deems appropriate

  12. Disclaimer

    1. Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of Center, Center shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties in connection with the interruption, delay, modification, or termination of the Services or the use of the Contents.

  13. Governing Law

    1. The laws of Japan shall apply to the formation, validity, execution, and interpretation of these Terms.

  14. Jurisdiction

    1. The Tokyo District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance for any conflict relating to the use of the Services and Contents or these Terms.
